This shingle dye is made by Real Good Toys, the experts in dollhouse kits. They specially formulated this compound for the wood shingles on your dollhouse roof. The photo is a good representation of the finished color; the shingles dry a mellow grey with shaded variations due to different wood materials. The depth of the color is controlled by the amount of water used, the soak time, and other factors. Please note: dry dye powder is red in color but produces grey liquid dye.

The package is 1/4 oz. of dye that mixes with 2 cups of water, making enough to dye 1000 wooden shingles. That should do it! Full instructions and rubber gloves are included in the package.
