SHIPPING
We ship MOST domestic orders via USPS for a total fee of $10.00 per order.
For small or single item orders, we will refund excess shipping charges after we receive the order and payment. If you would like more detailed information before you order, please email susie@itsaminiatureslife.com with the item(s) you would like to order, along with your state and zip code and request an shipping cost estimate.
Some items are oversized or overweight and require additional shipping charges. These items are clearly marked on the website. Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours of receipt or sooner.
We can ship beyond the continental United States but additional shipping fees will be required. The typical $10.00 flat shipping rate per order will NOT apply. Please contact us by email to receive a quote on shipping.
RETURNS
Damaged items:
Please CHECK YOUR ORDER carefully upon arrival to be sure all items have been included and are in good condition.
Please contact us immediately with any concerns or if your order is damaged during shipment.
Retain all shipping materials, packing and contents for USPS insurance resolution.
Photos are also helpful when contacting us regarding shipment damage.
Any reports or damages or requests for returns/replacement of merchandise must be made within THREE (3) DAYS OF RECEIPT.
Unwanted Items:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for unwanted items.
Store credit will be given for the exact cost of returned merchandise.
The items must be returned in new condition in the original packaging.
Please, no returns without prior authorization from It's a Miniatures Life.
Call or email for authorization within THREE (3) DAYS OF RECEIPT.
